AFTERSCHOOL REGISTRATION
Thank you for registering your child in the Fall 2010 PS87 Afterschool Program during online registration.  Here is information you will need to complete payment and ensure your child's registration.

PAYMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE-CLICK HERE
You will be directed to the invoice page where you can print an invoice, all forms and go to PayPal. All payments must be received by Friday, September 3 to guarantee registration. You may have to accept a new certificate before you login.

HOW TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT
• Go to 87afterschool.org homepage.
• Click on the link that reads "Click here to log into your account."
• Log into your account.
• Click on payment button -- this will bring you to your invoice.
• Click PayPal (payment can be made without a PayPal account).
• Follow onscreen directions on the PayPal website.

PAYING BY CHECK
If paying by check, please return payment to the lobby box marked "Afterschool Registration" by Thursday, September 2. Checks should be made payable to PS87 PA.

REGISTRATION FORMS
Required forms must be received by September 8 (first day of school) in order for your child to attend afterschool.
NOTE: You must use the Afterschool Medical Form and submit it with an original signature from your doctor.  The form must be dated after July 1, 2010.
